Service Choices offered by Aire-Ro

We offer Three Types of  Contracts

Maintenance Contract - Will cover coming to a job site as often as needed per month and give a written inspection, which will include:

• Changing the filters
• Checking the refrigerant charge
• Cleaning the condensate Drain pan
• Adjusting or replacing belt as needed
• Cleaning blower motor and wheels
• Oiling motor bearings
• Cleaning or adjusting pilots
• Cleaning  the burners
• Cleaning evaporator coils
• Cleaning condensing coils
• Checking the running amperage of the system

Service Contract - Will cover going to a job site and repairing the equipment under any amount of time for a given amount as regular as needed during a one through two year period.

Overall Contract -  A 100% contract which will be covered by AIRE-RO HEATING  & AIR CONDITIONING.  It will cover the maintenance contract for a given amount for a one to two year period.

EXAMPLE:  If a compressor, fan motor and bearing burn out, AIRE-RO HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING will absorb the cost.
